Dr Diana Theodores, Director of Theatre 4 Business, is a Presence and Performance specialist, award-winning Speaker, and Amazon bestselling author of Performing As YOU: how to have authentic impact in every role you play. Applying her 25 years of experience from the theatre stage to the business stage, Diana’s message is that “If all the world’s a stage, the greatest role you ever get to play is yourself.”In her uniquely dynamic coaching work worldwide, Diana invites leaders into their personal rehearsal room to ignite the full range of their authentic voice and presence and inspires them to bring their full selves forward. The result is greater influence, engagement, and fulfilment. Josie Sutcliffe

Josie Sutcliffe, MFA, is a Founding Member of Theatre 4 Business with over 30yrs experience as a theatre director, a facilitator, and trainer. She is an ILM certified Executive and Leadership Coach and an Associate and Supervisor at The Wise Goose School of Coaching (B.Corp.)
Her clients include Nike, Selfridges Global (Leadership Group), UXC Group, Barclays, Google, Cisco, DRCSAS and Paramount Entertainment, along with many other individuals.
As Director of an audio academy and online streaming service, DevonStream, Josie produces many programmes that promote women’s voices on the airwaves, most notably, ‘Occupy the Airwaves,” celebrating International Women’s Day.
Josie is also Co-Director of a thriving Arts & Heritage charity, Dreadnought South West.
Josie believes that if you don’t like the story you’re living in – then change the story… and she has helped many clients do just that.
Didi Hopkins

Didi Hopkins is a Founding Member of Theatre 4 Business. She has huge experience working in business environments, creating and delivering tailored work with large and small groups in communication, storytelling, status, and influence. 1-1 executive coaching, keynote speaking, and hosting conferences.
Didi is programme director for the open executive course, Impact & Influence at Cranfield School of Management, as well as working on executive leadership programmes at IMD, INSEAD, CEDEP, LBS, ESMT, SAID, and HEC.Didi leads in-house trainings for companies including Accenture, Adecco, Cisco, Linklaters, Mckinsey, PwC, Deep Mind, Kier, Veolia, Deloitte, Nats, Allianz and Otsuka, and likes to put women in leadership programmes centre stage.
In theatre, Didi has worked as actor, director, voice-over artist, lecturer, and movement director, and uses this lens of experience to train and coach in business.
She has acted and directed at the National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company, directed for the fringe and West End and recently worked with Eddie Izzard as Movement Director for Great Expectations, New York and London, and Eddie’s one-woman Hamlet, New York.
Gill King

Gill is a Performance Coach and Facilitator. With a background in acting and directing, she draws from techniques acquired in both these areas. Gill has worked with organisations in both the public and private sectors, including most City banks, the top four accountancy and law firms, leading oil and gas companies, the top pharmaceutical organisations and management consultancy firms. Having worked in and gained exposure to, a multitude of industries she has in depth knowledge of many current leadership and communication theories. Through the pandemic she focussed on D&I -actionable allyship, executive coaching and mental health in the workplace. Gill has worked as a corporate trainer since the mid-nineties. Her work has covered presentation skills, personal impact and influence, team building, diversity, appraisal training, performance management, feedback, and leadership training. Her work takes her across the UK and Europe, and she has been a guest speaker on leadership for several global organisations.
As an actor and director, Gill has worked for the Royal Shakespeare Company, The National Theatre and many regional theatres. The work has been diverse; from directing opera and the classics to running drama workshops for lifers in prisons, she has also directed in Moscow and New York.
Corinne Micallef

Corinne works extensively as a theatre director, facilitator, and coach in the UK and internationally, sharing her passion of the arts, storytelling, and communication in the business world. Her clients include, Barclays,Citi, Investec, Pegasystems, The National Trust, Bearing Point, Investec, Royal Albert Hall, Oxford University, NYU Steinhardt, Science Museum Group, and Vodaphone.
Corinne has been Director and Learning Associate at the National Theatre in London since 2003,and has led corporate training for over 15 years with The National Theatre’s Theatre Works programme and the Young Vic Theatre. She has also been a visiting lecturer at Central School of Speech & Drama, Goldsmiths College, University of London, and London Metropolitan University.
Corinne has created works for The Barbican, Unicorn, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Contact, LIFT, The Albany & English Touring Theatre, as well as projects for the British Council in Japan, Indonesia, Germany, and South Africa. She served as the Artistic Director and Joint CEO of both independent theatre companies, Phakama UK and Pegasus Theatre
Katherine Grice

Following her degree in drama at Roehampton, Katherine did a postgraduate course at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
Katherine’s professional Theatre work includes the English National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company and TV roles, and adverts.
After training as an executive coach and facilitator Katherine worked for the Impact Factory for over 16 years as a Senior Training Consultant specializing in Presentation Skills, Presence and Leadership.
Katherine has worked with companies such as Google, ING Bank, CVC Capital,
Coca Cola, EDF Energy, Ocado and The European Space Agency. Her coaching clients include Hawksmoor Restaurants, The Pensions Regulator, Hampstead Theatre and Speedo Sportswear.
Katherine has two cats called Thelma and Louise.
Imogen Farr
Executive Assistant for Theatre 4 Business
Imogen is a philosophy graduate from the University of Warwick. With a lifelong passion for the performing arts, she has a slew of productions under her belt including two shows at the Warwick Arts Centre (A Chorus Line, Antigone). Imogen has a particular passion for devised theatre and was invited as an independent actress to the National Student Drama Festival in 2020 following her performance in a student-written new work.
Beyond acting, Imogen’s love for performing extends to music and dance. She has 10 years of ballet training and is an accomplished pianist and saxophonist, with years of experience learning and performing both instruments. During her school years, she toured Prague and Germany with her jazz band. Currently, she’s performing as a magician in Hamley’s toy store in London, translating her theatrical skills into salesmanship.
Away from the stage, Imogen has developed her skills as a junior software engineer with a particular interest in the intersection between technology and the real world. She aspires to migrate her technical skills into the theatre and business sectors.
Mary Carroll

Mary has been supporting Theatre 4 Business with their bookkeeping since 2016.
Having worked in various management and consulting roles within the BBC, London Business School and various SME’s, in 2015 she re-trained and set up her own bookkeeping and accounting business.
Mary is passionate about working with her small businesses and self-employed clients, assisting them in various aspects of business finance and administration, while providing them with peace of mind, and allowing them to focus on their primary business goals.
Her clients are from a diverse range of professional services working across a variety of sectors.
In her downtime Mary enjoys running and keeping fit. In addition, she is an experienced adventure sailor and diver and has explored a good deal of the Mediterranean, Caribbean, US and European waters. She has high hopes for a future adventure towards the South Pacific….
